Our approach is grounded in therapeutic principles, integrated into daily interactions and practices within the homes. We also utilize other recognized methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy, restorative justice principles, task-centred practice, and crisis intervention.

Children in our care may face risks such as absconding, sexual exploitation, offending behaviours, disengagement from education, and self-harm. Many have experienced significant trauma, including physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. They may have had numerous placement breakdowns, unsuccessful adoptions, or this may be their first care placement.
