Holistic Mentoring Program

Our mentoring programme comprises of detailed action plan designed to achieve specific goals for the child or young person under our mentoring scheme. This approach is particularly effective in addressing anxieties and overcoming obstacles stemming from additional needs, disabilities, mental health challenges, or conditions like ASD or ADHD. Our staff collaborate with the young person, their families and other profesional involved in their support to devise innovative, practical solutions to address social, physical and emotional needs, enhance their overall welfare, and facilitate their engagement in beneficial activities, helping to build self-confidence, self-esteem and resiliience leading to brighter future prospects.

Transforming Lives Through Compassionate Care

Our Individualised Supported Living Care Plan, has been developed over 5 years of experience working with looked after children in a residential setting. Our supported living home provides a warm, caring, family-style accommodation for children who are unable to live with their own families. These children often face emotional, learning, social, and behavioral challenges. By offering a nurturing and supportive environment, we aim to help these children overcome their difficulties and thrive despite their circumstances. The goal is to create a safe and stable home where each child can feel valued and supported as they navigate their personal growth and development.

Children placed in our homes often face serious risks and challenges, such as running away, sexual exploitation, criminal behaviour, disengagement from education, and self-harm. Many have endured significant trauma, including physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. These experiences may have left them with complex emotional and psychological needs. Our mission is to provide a stable, nurturing environment to support their recovery and development, helping them to build trust, resilience, and a sense of security.

We are committed to rebuilding the lives of vulnerable children, helping them heal from neglect and trauma, and guiding them towards a brighter future
